Is a deposit required?
A refundable security deposit may be required. We confirm the amount and written refund conditions before booking. It is separate from your weekly rental payment.
How long do I need to rent?
These are weekly rental options. The minimum term, renewal schedule, and return notice are confirmed in your agreement before pickup.
Do I need my own insurance?
We verify appropriate coverage before releasing a vehicle. Ask our team what coverage is included, any deductibles, and whether additional coverage is required for your intended use. A personal liability policy may not cover gig work.
Can I use the car for Uber, Lyft, or delivery?
Tell us your intended platform first. Vehicle eligibility and rental acceptance must be verified. Independent rental acceptance by Uber is not guaranteed, and Lyft generally requires rentals through Express Drive. We do not promise approval for any platform.
What if I miss a payment or need to return the car?
Contact us promptly. Payment deadlines, return obligations, permitted charges, and deposit deductions are governed by your signed agreement. Report accidents immediately and follow the provided instructions.
